Be amazed. Be very amazed at these real life stories (or then, perhaps living
in this country today you won't be). EXPERIENCE 1- We
been "eighty-sixed"! Companion Pet Clinic of SW Washington, PS 211 NE Crestwood Court Vancouver
WA 98684 360-254-8811 don't want us there no more. see below to read herself's response
to the letter and form your own opinion... I'd give them such a chomp but I’d probably get indigestion Dr.
Giffoni – My complaint with your office is your staff. Wherever did you find such rude, insolent, unprofessional,
and incompetent people? mr b desperately needed dental work but that day it was all about money. I don’t have any problem
paying for services received, but I was first given a list of services and prices by a "technician" not a veterinarian
who could intelligently and sensitively answer my questions and concerns. What do I know about the things on that list? How
can I make intelligent decisions? I was terrified I wouldn’t pick the correct items and mr b would suffer for my stupidity.
It isn’t about the damn money it is about care for mr b. When I went in to pick him up I was not addressed by my name.
Your "technician" started the conversation "about mr b" and then went on to try to sell me a tooth product.
I needed to hear that mr b was fine and came through the procedure wonderfully and to discuss his after treatment care; not
a sales pitch. I used the services of Dr. George Passmore in Seattle for over 20 years and loved him for his kindness, he
just always told me what was needed and I did as I was told. My pets have always had the care they needed even when I went
without. You were misled by your employees (no surprise there) and I would walk back to Seattle from Portland and pull Dr.
Passmore out of retirement before I would ever subject mr b to your staff again. mr b has a website: http://www.meandmrb.com/ where i will be sharing this experience; and i had to ask for his sweater because they "forgot" to return
it to me. EXPERIENCE 2 - Kerry K. Killinger,
Chairman and CEO Washington Mutual Inc. 1301 Second Avenue Seattle WA 98101 Re: Providian account Closed an account due to their policy of repeatedly redepositing 2
paychecks that were NSF as a result of an account change and the time lag, and had been sent at the same time, and then had
been immediately replaced upon learning of the error and to which amount they were no longer entitled – as the original
sum had been made good. Repeated phone calls were to no avail. Credit was ruined and the account closed. The employee line
was “we always resubmit NSF checks for payment three times”. WAMU owns Providian EXPERIENCE 3 - Open letter to: Alex Ilica, President Viso
Beverage Corporation 8454 N. Interstate Place, Unit H Portland OR 97217 VISO office 503-222-2321 http://www.drinkviso.com/ As you stood outside my door this afternoon threatening me with a lawsuit and your lawyer,
should I post any derogatory remarks on my dog’s website, that I finally decided you needed to be an entry on mr b’s
website (www.meandmrb.com). So sorry we couldn’t have
met under conditions other than you screaming at me and making references to hookers when I spoke in the same vernacular as
your creature David. Said creature being the one who was in my face screaming, cursing and assaulting me December 6th
at 11:35a.m. You might ask your attorney to explain that
pesky Constitution to you, especially the parts about free speech. You
might also ask him to explain current laws regarding the assault of senior citizens. I really hate it when a creature is “man”
enough to assault a woman but not “man” enough to own up to it. Of course I feel the same about threats screamed
through a closed door. One more question you might want
to put to your attorney: Would he like to see a video of December 6th events as well as the events of today, December
11th? Modern security technology is just too
wonderful; you can’t see the cameras unless you know where to look.
